Yarelis Medina

Rellie is a Yoga Alliance RYT (200 hr) and instructor from Anahata Earth Hatha Yoga. She holds a masters in clinical social work from Boston University and is a registered clinical social worker intern in the state of Florida. Her passion for yoga began over 8 years ago as a means to manage her own anxiety. Since then, her practice has led her to a path of sharing with others the beauty of self compassion, the power of mindfulness and its positive impact on your overall health and quality of life. Her clinical work with adults, adolescents and children is driven by these principles of self compassion and mindfulness and is offered in a supported therapeutic environment. Rellie enjoys good food, baking French macarons and most of all the company of her family and loved ones!

Kristin Ficco

Kristin has been involved in the health and fitness industry most of life as an athlete in competitive soccer and track and field. After graduating from Florida State University with her B.S. in Psychology, she immediately began working at a physical therapy clinic where she learned​ about corrections to many postural and movement imbalances in a variety of patients. Educating and assisting athletes in their recovery inspired her to pursue a career in fitness through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her motivation is to encourage her clients to reach their goals through healthy eating, fitness and lifestyle changes.

By using a combination of functional, athletic movements patterns and effective exercises for all the major muscle groups and sport drills to improve aerobic conditioning, core strength, balance, flexibility and plyometric movements which are inevitable to become a stronger, faster and injury free athlete or weekend warrior.

We work with any goal oriented adult or athletes of any age or level. Our unique program uses mostly corrective exercise patterns that benefits any athlete to perform their best and to eliminate injuries during the season and can be added to the athletes existing training plan at any time.

Speed & Agility

No matter the sport, speed and agility training workouts improve proper running technique, your acceleration, deceleration, reaction time and coordination.


It is also important for improving foot speed, quickness, speed changes, and directional change. 



Our “Yoga for Athletes” class is designed for all ages and uses a gentle yoga format for beginners. We begin with a mindfulness exercise to develop awareness of our breathing and our senses. We then move into a series of yoga poses to encourage mind -body connection, develop flexibility and strengthening, and promote overall wellness. Our yoga practice ends with a brief meditation. This class offers modifications for those with injury, are new to yoga, or are just becoming active.

Are you looking for pain relief? Or maybe a faster recovery? 

Claudia is FMT II certified (Fascial Movement Taping Specialist) and offers all types of Kinseiology taping applications. These are critical for athletes who are recovering from injury or seeking to avoid it. 


The use of Kinesio tape involves taping over muscles to minimize pain and inflammation, relax tired muscles, and to support muscle movement. The taping is non-restrictive and allows a full range of motion.

It also is an essential factor to perform a functional movement screening and analysis to find muscular imbalances to achieve the best sports specific movement and full range of motion in all joints for any athlete no matter what level of competition you are at.

Making informed decisions with your nutrition and hydration can result in improved performance, injury prevention and quicker recovery but it's difficult to know where to start with so much conflicting information readily available. That's where the help of a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach can aid your decisions, and ultimately improve your performance. 

We offer General Nutrition as well as Sport Nutrition coaching sessions to support your health and sporting goals. This can range from a daily food intake and learning about the importance of Macro Nutrients and tips for fueling your body pre and post workout/ competition.
